Abstract: On January 5, 2017, an employee was manually felling trees. A tall isolated locust tree of approximately 40 feet uprooted a distant away from his left side, and fell in the vicinity of logging operations where the employee stood. The employee was struck in the head and received crushing injuries and was killed.
