MEYER WAREHOUSE, 420 HOFFMAN STREET, HAMMOND, INDIANA. EMPLOYEE #1 WAS INSIDE THE BUILDING WHEN A FLASH FIRE OCCURRED. HE WAS FOUND, DEAD, 5 DAYS LATER.
