Abstract: EMPLOYEE #1 WAS ADJUSTING A BELT WITH THE MOTOR AND PULLEY STILL RUNNING. THE EMPLOYEE WAS WEARING GLOVES WHICH WERE CAUGHT BY THE BELT, PULLING HIS HAND INTO THE NIP POINT BETWEEN THE BELT AND PULLEY.
