Abstract: At 3:45 p.m. on June 10, 2015, an employee was loading oil & gas equipment on a 6 by 12 trailer. The employee was attempting to load a 4 foot by 9 foot oil/gas separator using a 20 foot chain and a Skytrak forklift. The boom of the forklift made contact with a 7.2kv overhead power line. The employee was electrocuted and killed.
