Abstract: A CABLE TELEVISION COMPANY EMPLOYEE WAS MAKING A SERVICE CALL, PREPARING TO CLIMB A UTILITY POLE. THE EMPLOYEE WALKED INTO THE STREET AND WAS STRUCK BY A PASSING VEHICLE. THE EMPLOYEE DIED OF HIS INJURIES ON DECEMBER 17, 1988.
