Abstract: EMPLOYEE #1 WAS PLACING ROOFING PANELS INTO PLACE. WHILE WALKING BACK TO THE BUNDLE HE STEPPED BETWEEN TWO PANELS AND FELL APPROXIMATELY 30 FEET TO THE CONCRETE FLOOR. HE WAS KILLED.
