Abstract: At approximately 3:34 p.m. on July 3, 2012, Employee #1 was cleaning wheels and rims of vehicles on a conveyor system. While he was washing a tire rim, he caught his hand between the rim and brake caliper of the car. He sustained severe lacerations. Employee #1 was transported to a medical center, where he underwent treatment and was then hospitalized.
