Abstract: At approximately 3:30 p.m. on December 9, 2005, Employee #1 was operating a Ryobi Table Saw, Serial Number XX035097078, while performing bathroom remodeling for One Week Bath. He was injured when the saw kicked back and the blade amputated the tip of his left thumb, and fractured and lacerated his left index finger. He was hospitalized at Huntington Memorial Hospital, in Pasadena, for two days.
