Abstract: Some employees were installing vinyl siding on a residence. They were using an aluminum-pole pump-jack scaffold. As one of the employees was moving the scaffold from the front of the home to the side, he brought one of the pump-jack poles into contact with a 7200-volt overhead power line and was electrocuted.
