Abstract: On April 26, 2007, Employee #1 was working at a motorcycle dealer. As he was driving a motorcycle from the wash area to the service bay, he lost control. He was thrown from the vehicle and struck a wooden stage. He was killed, due to fractures and multiple blunt traumas to his head and body. He was not wearing a helmet.
