Abstract: At approximately 10:00 a.m. on August 29, 2001, an employee of a paint company fractured his right hip after he jumped about 4 feet from the top of stacked paint containers to get down. The accident occurred inside a trailer parked in the loading dock as he was checking for improper labels. He was not provided with a ladder to safely perform his work. He was taken to a local hospital for medical treatment and released after 4 days.
