Abstract: An employee was being trained on a cooling system pressure tester. The system had been attached to an running vehicle. The instructor was showing how the system worked when she noticed that excess pressure had suddenly started to build in the system. Before she could disconnect the system the system failed causing a leak of 200-degree Fahrenheit cooling fluid to be sprayed onto the employee. He suffered multiple burns.
