Abstract: On August 26, 2008, an employee was assisting in the framing of a two story apartment building. He was climbing up the side of the building to get to the roof area, to roll the roof trusses. He did not use a ladder and slipped and fell to the ground approximately 15 ft to 18 ft and sustained his serious injury. The employee was taken to Delano Regional Medical Center for treatment, located in Delano, CA, where he was hospitalized and treated for unspecified fractures.
