Abstract: On September 19, 1997, Employees #1 through #4 were part of a crew using a PLH crane to install 48 ft long trusses on a pole barn. After the 36th truss had been set down, they began to move and then collapsed. Employees #1 through #4 fell with the trusses, but did not sustain injuries that required hospitalization. The trusses had not been adequately braced.
