Abstract: On September 23, 2004, Employee #1 was installing a drywall. He was found on the concrete floor of a newly constructed home with a "T"-square impaled through his eye socket. No one actually saw the incident. But, he apparently tripped, and the tool penetrated his eye when he fell. He was taken to a local hospital, where he died from his injuries.
