Abstract: On September 22, 2004, Employee #1 was on the second story of a home under construction. While he was holding a 2-in. by 4-in. piece of lumber with his left hand, and a pneumatic nail gun in his right hand he shot a nail, which went through the edge of the wood and into his left hand. Employee #1 was hospitalized for treatment of hand fractures.
