Abstract: At approximately 10:00 a.m. on April 26, 2005, Employee #1, a carpenter, was helping to install trusses on a single family home that was under construction. He was receiving the trusses from a crane and then rolling them to their required positioning. As Employee #1 stood on a plank that was 14.8 feet from the ground, he passed out or fainted and fell. Emergency services were contacted and Employee #1 was determined dead due to a severe head injury.
