Abstract: On December 12, 2002, Employee #1 climbed an 8-foot Werner aluminum metal step ladder to spray paint the lower half of a commercial building and fell off the ladder to the concrete ground, fracturing his right cheek bone and left elbow. No witnesses observed the incident. Employee #1 was taken to Holy Cross Hospital, where he was admitted and hospitalized for five days.
