Abstract: On March 12, 1999, Employee #1, a carpenter, was on the second floor of a single family home being built and was getting ready to install plywood flooring. As he started to pull a sheet of plywood from the stack setting on the trusses, the trusses rolled over causing the pile of plywood to fall into Employee #1 and knocked him over. The impact caused him to fall to the first floor of the house and the plywood fell on top of him. He was hospitalized for a fractured pelvis.
