Abstract: At approximately 3:00 p.m. on January 13, 2004, an employee, a mechanic, was checking out a newly purchased, used asphalt paving machine. While he was doing the check out, the hopper fell on his right fingers. The employee sustained amputation of two fingers. He was not hospitalized.
