Abstract: At approximately 7:40 a.m. on March 3, 2003, an employee was framing in the inside of a house under construction. He was standing on the top step of a 6-ft fiberglass step ladder. The ladder fell over and the employee grabbed onto a piece of framing that had a metal piece. As he fell to the floor, the metal piece cut his little finger. He was transported to the hospital where he received stitches.
