Abstract: At approximately 1:30 p.m. on December 2, 2002, Employee #1 was working on a brand new table saw located at a single family home under remodeling. The saw did have a proper guard installed. Employee #1 suffered lacerations when he got his finger too close to the saw blade. Employee #1 was treated for his injuries but was not hospitalized.
