Abstract: On October 26, 2000, Employee #1, a carpenter with Cal Coast Construction, was nailing 4 by 8 boards to the second story roof of a building when he tripped and fell 10 ft to the first floor. He then rolled off that roof and fell another 10 ft to the ground. Employee #1 was transported to the hospital, where he was treated and released. At the time this report was written he had returned to work.
