Abstract: On November 20, 2004, an employee was descending the eastside ladder from the top of the vacuum degreasing turret. He lost his grip on the ladder and fell 95 ft to the ground. He sustained head and back injuries, which left him partially paralyzed. The employee was transported to Porter Hospital in Valpariso, IN, where he was hospitalized and treated for his injuries.
