Abstract: On August 5, 2008, Employees #1 and #2 were installing underground plumbing conduit. A Grove AP308 crane lost its load of approximately 700-lb standpipe, which fell approximately 72 ft. Employees #1 and #2 jumped free, falling 12 ft. Employee #1 sustained cuts, bruises, and abrasions to his abdomen and Employee #2 sustained cuts, bruises, and abrasions to his knees. Employees #1 and #2 were not hospitalized.
