Abstract: Two power line workers were in an aerial lift, 9.1 meters above the ground, working on an overhead power line. Drizzle and light rain were falling as the employees worked. They brought the aerial lift bucket into contact with another power line that ran perpendicular to the line on which they were working. One of the two power line workers brushed against the line and was electrocuted. The other employee also received an electric shock. He went to a hospital, where he was checked and released.
