Abstract: At approximately 10:01 p.m. on May 21, 2006, Employee #1 reported for duty for the third shift housekeeping at this events facility. At approximately 10:06 p.m. Employee #1 was found lying unconscious on the floor in the men's room by an event participant who called for assistance from the Security Desk adjacent to the men's room. Emergency Medical Services arrived within approximately 6 minutes to 10minutes and immediately began CPR and resuscitation efforts. Employee #1 was taken to the hospital at approximately 10:30 p.m., but when management arrived at the hospital at approximately 11:00 p.m. Employee #1 had died.
