Abstract: On December 13, 2006, Employee #1 was installing insulation on duct work above a drywall ceiling in a newly constructed school. As Employee #1 turned to leave the area where he was working, he stepped on a section of the drywall ceiling that had been installed and fell through the drywall ceiling. He fell approximately 10 feet and struck the concrete floor below. Employee #1 was transported to a local hospital, where he was hospitalized and treated for his injuries.
