Abstract: Employee #1 was working as a field installer trainee. Employee #1 and another employee were on the second floor of a two-story house, installing air ducts. When Employee #1 stepped on a 2-inch-by-4-inch board just outside the wall, it broke and he fell approximately 11 feet. Employee #1 sustained factures to his vertebrae and lower left shin bone and was hospitalized.
