Abstract: At approximately 1:50 p.m. on June 7, 2006, Employee #1 was proceeding down hill on a hard packed soil covered road at a landfill remediation site which periodically was watered down to control dust. The vehicle involved is a 1996 Moxy dump truck, Model Number MT 30 R/S 3, all-wheel drive (Serial Number 1623219), Manufactured in Norway by Minni Corporation.
