Abstract: AN EMPLOYEE OF A BINDERY MANUFACTURER REACHED INTO A SWITCH BOX TO PUSH A RESET BUTTON. AS HE WAS DOING THIS, HIS ELBOW CONTACTED ENERGIZED TERMINALS, AND HE RECEIVED AN ELECTRIC SHOCK AND BURNS.
