Abstract: On October 3, 1995, Employee #1 was in an employee break area in a locked electrical service room when he apparently suffered a heart attack. A coworker had last seen him at approximately 5:00 p.m. that day and his body was discovered at 6:45 a.m. on October 4, 1995. A medic on the scene estimated that Employee #1 died between 5:00 p.m. on October 3 and 1:00 a.m. on October 4.
