Abstract: A POWER LINE WORKER WAS REMOVING OVERHEAD POWER LINES FROM A UTILITY POLE THAT WAS TO BE REMOVED. THE POLE BROKE AT ITS BASE AND FELL ON TOP OF THE EMPLOYEE. THE EMPLOYEE DIED OF HIS INJURIES.
