Abstract: EMPLOYEE #1 WAS GREASING A CASE UNI-LOADER. HE WAS UNDER THE BOOM WITH THE CUTTER IN THE UP POSITION. HE APPARENTLY CONTACTED THE CONTROLS, CAUSING THE BOOM TO DESCEND AND CRUSH HIM AGAINST THE BOBCAT BODY.
