Abstract: A WAREHOUSEMAN WAS CRITICALLY INJURED WHILE GUIDING THE FRONT END OF A CONVEYOR. THE CONVEYOR WAS BEING PUSHED BY A FORK LIFT TRUCK. HE WAS PINNED BETWEEN THE CONVEYOR AND A STEEL RACK USED TO STORE SACKS OF GRAIN.
