AFTER WOODEN TRUSSES HAD BEEN PLACED ON THE BUILDING UNDER CONSTRUCTION THE TRUSSES TIPPED OVER (DOMINO EFFECT) DUE TO LACK OF BRACING OR WIND CHANGE KNOCKING 3 EMPLOYEE FROM THE BUILDING AND STRIKING 2 OTHER EMPLOYEE ON THE GROUND
