Abstract: At approximately 5:45 on June 30, 1992, Employee #1 reported to work. Between 6:00 and 6:15, he was seen falling to the ground. No pulse was detected by the foreman, who was the only other employee nearby. He started CPR immediately and called for medical help. At approximately 6:30, Employee #1 was transported to the hospital, where CPR was continued. He was pronounced dead at about 8:00 of an acute myocardial infarction.
