Abstract: AN ELECTRIC UTILITY EMPLOYEE WAS DRIVING A KUBOTA TRACTOR. HE DROVE THE TRACTOR OFF THE EDGE OF A CAUSEWAY, AND THE TRACTOR ROLLED INTO THE MISSOURI RIVER. THE EMPLOYEE DROWNED.
