Abstract: At 11:00 a.m. on February 23, 2022, an employee collapsed near the HR desk while clocking out at break after picking product, which required a small amount of physical labor. First aid was administered by the site emergency services, and then external emergency services were called at 11:08 a.m. EMS arrived at 11:18 a.m. and transported the employee to the hospital at 11:46 a.m. The site was notified by law enforcement at about 4:16 p.m. that the employee had died at the hospital.
