Abstract: AN EMPLOYEE WAS USING A PIPE THREADING MACHINE LOCATED NEXT TO A WELDING MACHINE. THE WELDER WAS WIRED INCORRECTLY AND WAS NOT GROUNDED. A FAULT IMPRESSED VOLTAGE ON THE WELDER. UPON CONTACT WITH THE WELDING MACHINE, THE EMPLOYEE WAS ELECTROCUTED.
