Abstract: AN EMPLOYEE OF A FARM MACHINERY MANUFACTURER WAS CONNECTING A ROLL MACHINE INTO AN EXTENSION CORD SET. THE PLUG ON THE MACHINE'S POWER SUPPLY CORD AND THE CORD CONNECTOR ON THE EXTENSION CORD WERE BOTH DAMAGED, AND THE EMPLOYEE WAS ELECTROCUTED.
