Abstract: AN EMPLOYEE WAS IN THE PROCESS OF TAKING DOWN A TUBULAR WELDED SCAFFOLD. WHILE TRYING TO FREE ONE OF THE FRAMES HE APPARENTLY LOST HIS BALANCE AND FELL APPROXIMATELY 32 FEET TO THE GROUND.
