Abstract: TWO EMPLOYEES WERE BURNED WHEN A SUDDEN EXPLOSION AND FLASH FIRE INVOLVING AN ACETYLENE GENERATOR DEVELOPED. ALL SYSTEMS WERE OPERATING NORMALLY WHEN THE EXPLOSION OCCURRED. THE EMPLOYEES WERE HOSPITALIZED FOR THEIR INJURIES.
