At 5:00 p.m. on July 2, 2021, an employee was checking pivot ponds throughout th e property. The employee veered off of a public roadway while driving a 2019 Po laris Ranger and collided into an irrigation canal embankment. The vehicle rolle d over after the collision, ejecting the employee. The employee was found pinned under the vehicle in the water held in the irrigation canal. The employee drown ed.
