At 12:07 p.m. on January 19, 2021, Employee #1, employed by an electrical contra ctor, was returning to the job site, a two-story commercial building, after a lu nch break. The employee was on the building's roof when he fell through a skyli ght, a fall height of approximately 25 feet. The employee was transported to th e hospital and admitted for treatment of a traumatic head injury.
