Abstract: At 11:59 a.m. on December 16, 2020, Employee #1 was working on a shop-built self-propelled scaffold installing roofing plastic and insulation. The employee stepped off the edge of the scaffold without any fall protection systems in place and fell approximately 12 to 18 feet to the ground. The fall resulted in a T12 complete spinal fracture, and the employee was hospitalized for treatment.
