Abstract: At 12:58 p.m. on October 29, 2020, Employee #1, working as a construction laborer, was drilling through a concrete wall using a power drill. While operating the drill, the employee's gloved hand was caught in the rotating shaft of the drill, resulting in a severe injury and amputation. Emergency services were called to the scene, and the employee was transported to the hospital for treatment. The employee was admitted and treated for the amputation injury.
