Abstract: At 9:30 a.m. on November 17, 2020, Employee #1, employed by a roofing company, was on the roof of a residence and preparing chalk lines for a fascia repair. The employee fell, a fall height of 10 feet, and struck his head on the dirt and/or paving stone at surface level. Employee #1 sustained blunt force traumatic injury to his head and was killed.
