Abstract: On September 17, 2020, Employee # 1, a landscaper, was gardening. He was at lunch when he had a heart attack. A coworker observed Employee # 1 vomiting and passing out at approximately 5:10 a.m. The local fire department responded and at 7:48 p.m. and notified the local OSH of Employee # 1's hospitalization. On September 18, 2020, at 4:43 p.m., the local OSH was notified by the coroner, that Employee # 1 died on September 17, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. of cardiac arrest with ventricular fibrillation. Medical records stated that Employee # 1 was discharged and died the next day on September 18, 2020 at 1:42p.m.
