Abstract: At 12:00 a.m. on March 5, 2020, an employee was feeding dough through a cookie drop machine. The employee was using her hand to push dough down, when her hand was caught between rollers A and B. The employee suffered the degloving of the skin to the right middle finger, ring finger, and pinky finger, along with broken bones to those fingers. The employee was hospitalized.
